Weekly Nutrition Coaching

Accountability service aimed to help you optimize your eating habits and set you on the right path to achieve your goals.

All recommendations are personalized for you based on your goals, needs, and schedule. You will also be provided with target numbers and recommended food choices.

Weekly review of MyFitnessPal and an online journal to assess progress.

Package includes an initial phone consultation to start then weekly follow ups through email.

Run Coaching

Strategic run training program in order to help you prep for upcoming events or simply a laid out plan for the joy of running that allows you to run long term and reduce the likelihood of injuries.

After running a test to access your current level of fitness I'll provide you with heart rate zones and recommended paces based on the goal of your workouts.

I plan 4 weeks of runs in advanced based on your racing or fitness goals. Amount of runs per week will depend on your experience level and what you can fit into your schedule.

Strength & Conditioning

In gym-based workouts aimed to increase strength, power, proprioception and conditioning based on your current level of fitness and goals.

I plan workouts 4 weeks in advanced.

Videos will be provided if you are unfamiliar with any exercises.

Video taping yourself from time to time and sending it to me is recommended if you are concerned about form.
